Refund policy

You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind.

If the item is unworn, unwashed and still has its tags, we'll refund you in full. In most cases you won't even need to send it back – email us first and we'll tell you what to do.

Prefer to keep your piece? Keep it and take a discount on your next order instead. Just ask.

To start a return, email support@lougeza.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval, back to your original payment method.

Worn, washed or damaged items cannot be refunded. For hygiene reasons, shapewear briefs and thongs can only be returned unworn in their original packaging.
