You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. Choose the option that suits you:

Full refund – unworn, unwashed items with original tags can be returned for a full refund to your original payment method.
Keep it and get a discount – prefer to keep your piece? Keep it and receive a discount on your next order instead.

Email support@lougeza.com with your order number and the option you prefer. We'll reply with the next steps within 24 hours.

Once your return is approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For hygiene reasons, shapewear and bodysuits must be returned unworn with all hygiene seals intact.
